What is our Return Policy?
floro.me offers you a 3-Days easy return policy on all products that you purchase from us. To qualify for this, the product must be in an absolutely unworn and brand new condition and must be returned with the original sealed box, instruction papers, warranty and other accessories if any. Make sure you have not used the product. Scratched and Used Products will not be taken back.(*Terms&conditions apply)
How do I return the product to floro.me within 15-Days?

All you need to do is follow these three easy steps:
- Products are unworn and unused.
- Original Brand Tags & Packaging of the product is intact.
- Put the product with original packaging in a box.
- Pack the items safely and paste the return address on the box.
- We will email you the address that should be pasted on the box.
- Handover the packed Box to the courier company. We will either refund your money or send a replacement product to you.
How will I be refunded for the return?
Our QC team will inspect the return shipment upon receiving it at our Warehouse. Upon successful processing of return, you will be refunded the purchase amount of returned product(s). If you have paid online via credit card, debit card, or net banking, the refunded amount will be credited back to your account. Otherwise, the refunded amount will be credited back to your floro.me account in a form of Gift Voucher or equivalent amount will be credited to your bank account through bank transfer.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to inform/contact at 0317-4668004 immediately if the product is found defective, ‘’Video Required at the time of Opening the Parcel’’ and return the product within 3 days after receiving the parcel.
In case the item didn’t fit, didn’t like the quality/color, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else etc. Contact at 0317-4668004, share photos to our representative and return the product within 3 days.
Floro.me gives a 30 days warranty for their products ‘’Artificial Jewelry’’ color warranty.In case jewelry color faded or dull within 30 days, contact our representative and share photos of the product for refund and exchange purpose.
Note: After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund.We do refund in some cases where our team is not able to facilitate product exchange to its customers. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. In case shipping charges were not charged, they will be deducted before the refund. In case of refund, certain banking fees also apply and will be deducted before from the order amount.
Terms and conditions
- Customized products which includes personalized products manufactured with specific instructions from Customer is not eligible for return.
- You will receive complimentary return shipping for all eligible products for return within the 3 Days Exchange policy.
- Along with the returned shipment, product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original Copy of Invoice for all returns/exchange.
- The product must be in an absolutely unworn and brand new condition. Make sure you have not used the product. Scratched and Used Products will not be taken back.
- In case of any exchange, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the valuation of the old product before dispatch.
- The order may be cancelled before shipment due to any of the following reason:
- The specific product/model is out of Stock.
- The order could not be shipped within the specified timeline.
- The shipping address is not serviceable.
We have a 3-days exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return for exchange purposes.
To be eligible for product exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse, such as an item that didn’t fit, didn’t like the quality/color, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else etc.
We will refund the full cost of the product purchased by the customer and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.
We inspect all the returned items and refund you based on the condition of the product.
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
- Exchange requests are made outside the specified time frame.
- The product is damaged because of use.
- The product has been tampered.
